Returns
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
Items must be:
- Unused
- In original condition
- In original packaging
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, opened or used beauty products, cosmetics, lashes, earrings, and other personal care items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of the refund status.
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos so we can resolve the issue promptly.
